1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by EVE19 ENTERTAINMENT , you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
EVE19 ENTERTAINMENT provides event , sports & adventures, entertainment management services, including but not limited to event planning, coordination, and execution. The client agrees to provide accurate information to the best of their knowledge to facilitate the smooth delivery of services.
3. Payment and Fees
Payment terms and fees for services will be outlined in the contract between the client and the EVE19ENTERTAINMENT. Any additional charges incurred during the event will be communicated to the client and must be settled promptly.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of services must be communicated in writing. Depending on the proximity to the event date, cancellation fees may apply. Details of the cancellation policy will be outlined in the contract.
5. Liability
The Company will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, and unforeseen circumstances.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and content, belong to the EVE19 ENTERTAINMENT. The client agrees not to use, reproduce, or distribute any of the Company’s intellectual property without prior written consent.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
